    Default Unable to activate DDO VIP

    I'm currently unable to re-activate VIP on my account either ingame or through the account website. When i follow the Get Unlimited Access button and go through the steps to verify my debit card info, billing plan and billing info it continues to the final confirmation where it no longer mentions DDO. What i have above the final confirmation button is below:

    With this order you will be able to play The Lord of the Rings Online™ (the "Game") on servers located in the U.S. for the applicable subscription period, subject to the End User License Agreement and Terms of Service. The subscription fee (plus applicable taxes) will be charged against your credit card after the expiration of the initial free period for new subscribers or after your current subscription's renewal date for current subscribers. If you have ordered a subscription other than a Lifetime Membership, the subscription will automatically renew if you do not unsubscribe before your renewal date. A Lifetime Membership is available only for so long as this Game is in service. All subscription payments are non-refundable. Subscription prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include local connection and telephone charges.


    The problem is in the first line there, i am not trying to pay for a LOTRO account to be VIP, i want my DDO one to be again. Several times in the past i have canceled and re-activated DDO VIP, never had an issue until now. I've submitted a support ticket, the auto reply says the normal time is 5-7 days now. Is the account management broken and noone can become a DDO VIP now? Don't bother telling me to call support, i'm deaf which is why i am trying to use the support website and tickets.

    How did you solved this issue? Is it only the Terms and Conditions that are wrong or placing the order will give me VIP access to LOTRO ?

    They got back to me via email about two and a half weeks after i put my ticket in, the email said it is just a text error and the subscription would be for DDO. I only needed a few more packs so in that time i bought them rather than putting the life my main was on on hold.
