I just don't think you can say "zomg! exploit!" for range kiting something that, from go, says "ranged kite me".

It's unlike Day 1 Abbott:
Devs: "Do teh puzzles!"
Players: "Lol, troll-dev, your puzzles are teh brokedness! Hjealing umbrella ftw!"
Devs: "...fine! Abbott closed!"

I note that FooT is not closed.

What I am saying is this has to be the dumbest dracolich I have ever heard of. For 5-10 minutes it chases some guy with a bow or repeater. Any DM worth his/her grain of salt would have done something anything when confronted by that simple tactic - like how about a dracolich is far faster then a humanoid. Just look at the fly speed of a dragon in D&D and then you combine that with some of the special feats dragons can get where they knock down people or do a fly by attack. How about casting spells like teleport or power word stun or etc.? Really the dracolich is not well made by the content team, who generally do a good job, but did a shoddy job on this dragon especially for a raid boss dragon.
