return to gianthold update 17

Hello all and I hope everyone is enjoying the new Epic content. Since update 17, It seems I do not have access to the raid reavers fate. I do have access to the new raid after re-flagging for it. I'm not sure on what to do to gain access once again. If anyone can share some light on this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

We ran a group through yesterday to reflag for Reaver's Fate and were able to get raid access by finishing the quest but not killing the dragons.

First, talk to Crag and get access to heroic Tor again. Then run Tor through killing the Portal Keeper in Tor. Talk to Crag again (Note - Not Cydonie), and collect the reward for finishing Tor. Again, we did not need to kill the dragons and get blooded to open up the raid for reflagged chars.

Last thing to do is talk to the new NPC outside the raid entrance, he grants the raid quest.
