Spells lost after reincarnating a WIZ

I tried the Search (both here and thru google, etc), with no luck...

I know that at least one set of Update notes (or something similar) from Turbine stated that "SOME" Wizard spells are retained through Reincarnations. Has anyone tried a TR and figured out which ones are lost (or kept, if only very few are kept) by doing so in the process?

For instance: by waiting until Level 20 to splash Wiz into something else, eating all of the scrolls available, and then TRing into Wiz immediately?

PS, has Turbine said anything about introducing Scroll Cases >_< They're long overdue, and they're already talking about the potential addition of Augment bags...

If you TR you lose all spells. They only persist through LR and GR
