I'm assuming I just have one of my settings too low, but when I went through and set everything to high, the problem persisted. Anyone know?

Texture detail, I think.
DDO: If a problem cannot be solved by the application of DPS, you're not applying enough.

I had this issue a LONG time ago (when they changed some puzzles for colorblind, I think it was) - texture detail was the culprit for me. Haven't had it happen in a WHILE, tho.

That's odd, because I did try changing texture to high-- maybe it just didn't fully update without a game restart.
