so i got this for the points and the hire and the pet and well in case i decide to nix my sub i have catacombs pack and well now when i log in i have to choose between a non vip pack witch has all this stuff and my vip sub wich does not have the stuff guess is missed something

The cleric is even good later on for when you need warm bodies for switch pulling or standing on floorplates. It would be gold seal, so you could use it in tandem with a normal hireling, and doesn't have the "You broke my bravery bonus" issue that the L20 panther does for people holding 18.

Does buying this generate a code that you enter somewhere and can be applied to any account?

well i payed for the pack and used the key code and now i have a premium side to my account and i cant log into the premium side says the servers are down and my vip sub side of my account did not recieve any of these items

Are we able to apply this offer to a current account? Or does it have to be a new account? $10 is a good deal for the items included. Many might pay that for just the permanent hire for reasons noted above. A permanent gold seal lever puller sounds great.

Yeah as mentioned above, as long as mobs are cleared, this thing will pull that last lever at the end of The Pit while you kick back and /dance. It'll pull levers for you in POP, Delera's 2. If it is considered gold seal that is certainly the most valuable thing in that pack.

if gold, remember those rare times you solo, and you are dangerously low on hp, and ur hire got not mana left and it either takes forever to get healder or it plain refuse to. and the shrine is just passed that next room full of mob?

The new billing system is not playing nice with the starter pack. We've temporarily pulled it until we can correct it. If you already applied/purchased it, our account support team can assist you via web or phone. Our intention is that if you want to apply the pack to an existing account you should be able to, rather it making a separate premium one.
