Right, will check my epics items and other upgradeable items, just in case. Back soon with the results.
Dreamspitter: My force burst upgraded dreamspitter is sstill sitting in my acrobat's inventory, the same as always.
Other epic items: While I do hot have the specific ones you mention, I looked my other epic items over. They do not seem to have lost any upgrades.
I wonder why you were hit and I wasn't... this is weird.

DDO: If a problem cannot be solved by the application of DPS, you're not applying enough.
If more people check, maybe we can get a clearer picture of what is happening, and to how many. This is a pretty nasty bug.

Wut? Nice treatment, there. Or not.
Anyway, I do hope they devs will continue to look into this.

Turns out that I misremembered a couple of those items for sure, so at this point, I'm afraid to trust my memory on the other ones. I'm just going to forget this happened and try to work to fix it in game.
The epic spectral gloves I took the augment out when I got my cannith propulsion boots and forgot I did it.
The epic brawn's spirits I had planned to augment and thought I had done it, but I had spent the epic tokens to buy a True heart for my wizard instead.
As for the two Reaver's Fate upgrades, I still believe they were upgraded prior to the update, but I don't feel like fighting over it when it will probably take just as much time and effort as just refarming the seals.
Oh well.
Sorry for the false information, I made an honest mistake.
