Can't start game

A guildie of mine told us that he can't log in the game. When attempting to launch the game with the icon, he gets the following error:

000000000.000: Invalid Command-line "C:\Program Files (x86)\Turbine\DDO Unlimited\dndclient.exe" : You must specify an account name

He reinstalled the game a few times, but to no avail.

I'm asking for him, as I know he doesn't speak english very well.

well apparently, he connected after manually erasing some files that prevented the new installations to perform.
