Feats look pretty good, but I would dump power critical for any of a slew of better feats (stunning blow, dodge, quick draw, etc). The only thing you lack for Kensei III is sup weapon focus, which you can take at 18. The gear needs a bit of help, mostly in that you should have +6 str and +6 con by your level. A few things I would recommend, depending on if you are pay to play or free to play. First, run orchard for rares and tapestry pieces to get minos legens for head until you can get better. On auction house I would look for any +6 str or con items in belt/gloves/bracers/rings. Also look for a protection item and a resistance item. I would also run the assault on stormreach pack to get Vampiric cleaver and Maenya's Fists. Next, you'll need to decide on a specific weapon to specialize in and then re-do enhancements:

You're primary focus on enhancements will be to get Kensei III (II for now, III at 18th), Human Veratility, and Haste Boost. I know you said you aren't into clickies, but power boost, damage boost (from human vers) and haste boost combine to massively increase damage output. I would dump crit acc IV (keep 1-3), flank I, jump I, and for now I'd even dump ftr tough IV (keeping III again) to free up some AP.

*EDIT - I'd follow what Unbongwah listed, good list*

seems to be working better, tho i need to time my boosts better in combat. setting up some more keys to press instead of having to click the bars might help. is there any way to attach the num-pad to a specific bar while keeping the keyboard numbers on the original?

Press Esc, go into Options, look for Keymapping. (IIRC) You should be able to figure it out from there.

One tip, if you use a combat tactic(cleaves, stunning blow, etc) right after using an action boost(haste boost, dmg boost, power surge, etc), you can cancel the time you'd waste on that pause action boosts have.
ME BARB, ME SMA-ok I stand here with pretty blue lines around me. ok I take damage. ok bye.

If you're still a greataxe Kensei, definitely pick up Headman's Chop; and take Anvil of Thunder instead of Volcano's Edge.

    Equipment:

Drow Smoke Goggles (spot -5, Manslayer, seeker +6)

Purple Dragon Armor (+6 AC, Heavy Fort, SFL40, DR 5/-)(Knight's Loyalty Set +3 artifact bonus to-hit, +3 insight bonus to Nat Armor)

Bracers(when i get to lv24, 117k away. till then, nothing planned.) Armored +8 Superior Parrying (+4ins. AC, +4ins saves)

    ***NOTICE***

Epic Ring of the Bucaneer (Tier 1: Dex+6, Swim+15, UWA, +1 Luck saves, +5 Prot)

*** IS IT WORTH PUTTING MY TIME INTO GETTING DEX+7, +2 LUCK SAVES AND A GREEN AUGMENT SLOT WITH TIER 3, ONLY HAVE 48HRS TO GET IT OR SO***

Striding(30%) Boots of Springing +3. Going to get Cannith Boots of Propulsion, soon.

    Purple Dragon Gauntlets(Str+7, Ins. Con+2, Healing Amp30%)

Ogre Power +6 Belt of Balance +15 (basically filler, slot was open and balance was cool for 4250 in AH )

    Tough Cloak of Resistance +6

Bold Trinket(Dmg+1, Except. Seeker+2) OR Planar Focus of Prowess(ins con+3), NOTE: Working on getting Breach, possibly tonight. Just got flagged for quest/raid(unsure which at this time...yes im new.. ;o) it is in.

Fortifying 10% Necklace of Protection +6 (Exp. fort 10%, +6 deflection bonus to AC)

    Purple Dragon Helm (Con+7, Ins. str+2, Int+15)

I am basically concerned with which ability/stat mods will overlap. I know some are very obviously overlapping, but other abilities on that item make up for it, at least, in my mind. Open to suggestions/improvments!

    Default Epic Destinies

As for Epic Destinies, I will list what I have chosed in the Legendary Dreadnaught category, as I cannot post a picture.

    Extra Action Boost 2/3, Strength.

    Momentum Swing 3/3, Strength.

Lay Waste, Critical Damage 3/3, Strength

    Volcano's Edge

    Advancing Blows, Devastating Critical

    Master's Blitz.

24 Points spent on this tree only. I'm also concerned about the critical damage and devastating critical stacking with seeker and exceptional seeker items I use.

Comparatively, 7 dex, +2 gl, and a green slot will be usable(not optimal, but you're not close to that equip-wise so it doesn't matter), the 6 dex and +1 good luck isn't worth a slot at all. I'd say finish the ring just so the time you put into it isn't a waste.

Work towards Cleaver in the Caught in the Web raid, it's the better weapon. Don't expect any raid loot to drop for you so easily. It's uncommon for items to drop, and that doesn't mean it'll drop in your name if it does, nor that someone will pass it(and don't get mad at them if they don't). Also, Epic Antique Greataxe(from Phiarlan Carnival pack) is very, very good too.

What adventure packs do you have? What content do you usually play in? EN, EH? Want to work up to EE eventually? How much grind are you up for?

    Equipment:
goggles: Drow Smoke Goggles (spot -5, Manslayer, seeker +6)
armor: Purple Dragon Armor (+6 AC, Heavy Fort, SFL40, DR 5/-)(Knight's Loyalty Set +3 artifact bonus to-hit, +3 insight bonus to Nat Armor)
bracers: Armored +8 bracers of Superior Parrying (+4ins. AC, +4ins saves)
ring: Epic Ring of the Bucaneer (Tier 1: Dex+6, Swim+15, UWA, +1 Luck saves, +5 Prot)
boots: Striding(30%) Boots of Springing +3. Going to get Cannith Boots of Propulsion, soon.
gloves: Purple Dragon Gauntlets(Str+7, Ins. Con+2, Healing Amp30%)
belt: Ogre Power +6 Belt of Balance +15
cloak: Tough Cloak of Resistance +6
trinket: Bold Trinket(Dmg+1, Except. Seeker+2) OR Planar Focus of Prowess(ins con+3)
neck: Fortifying 10% Necklace of Protection +6 (Exp. fort 10%, +6 deflection bonus to AC)
helm: Purple Dragon Helm (Con+7, Ins. str+2, Int+15)
First, DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE healing amplification. It's one of the best mods in the game for a melee. Get 20% heal amp/superior parrying bracers, they can be expensive but well worth it.

On that note, respec enhancements, you should have tier 2 in human improved recovery and seriously consider tier 3. In contrast, putting that many ap into str isn't needed or worth it. Drop tier 3 str for improved recovery 2.

A good necklace is the silver flame trinket. There's a similar necklace for epic levels that came in the new Epiced GH, Death Locket.

For rings, look at Seal of House Avithoul, Seal of House DunRobar(both from chain 2 of eveningstar), and Ring of the Stalker(cannith challenges).

For boots, Treads of Falling Shadow(high road pack), epic normal are very good.

For belts, not to many great options. There's Spare Hand(cannith challenges) or you can use the Frenzy Berserker set or Ravager set (ring and belt combo, both) from the Tower of Despair raid. Or you can slot a Green Steel(vale of twilight) 45 hp item here. (here is a good GS website, check out your options. Popular ones are Smoke, Mineral, Radiance guard, and Enervation guard.)

Resistance +6/7 is augment slottable, as is toughness when U18 comes out, but is already easy enough to find on good equipment(or go without for now, -20 hp from ~1k isn't a big deal). Good cloaks can be one of the following: Adamantine/Mithral Cloak of the Wolf or Bear, epic Envenomed Cloak, Cloak of Night, Ghost-waking Cloak, or you can also slot a GS cloak here.

For Green Steel items, keep in mind you can't have more than one accessory item on if one or the other isn't cleansed. If you do, you suffer a very dramatic hp drain-over-time. The 20th completion reward list gives you the option of a cleanser. This doesn't happen with weapons, so you can wear 2 weapons, or 1 weapon and 1 accessory, or 2 weapons and 1 accessory, etc.

For Legendary Dreadnought, this is what I do. Means planning for Greataxes. This is fine since the best THF weapon in the game is a pipe dream. Epic Antique is close to best for THF and best in dr breaking situations(might be a bit different if you have your Cleaver fully upgraded and an arti in the party), and Cleaver's pretty **** nice too. Both are infinitely more available than completing the Epic Sword of Shadow.

The tier 4 attacks aren't good. Or at the very least there's better stuff in the destiny.

    Twists to look out for:
Rejuvenation Cocoon (Primal) (this is phenomenal. Put on a spell point item or slot 200 sp in a yellow slot.)
    Brace for Impact (Unyielding)
    Primal Scream (Fury)
    Tunnel Vision (Fury)
    Sense Weakness (Fury)
    Healing Spring (Shiradi)
    Unearthly Reactions (Magister)
Energy Sheath (Draconic) (need spell points for this)

    and plenty of others.

    EDIT:
    Couple more points.

Alchemist's Pendant is another decent necklace, giving you an extra action boost and 20 green steel-type hp.

Also, work on making Green Steel displacement clickies. 3-5. Small and medium green steel ingredients are pretty cheap, shouldn't be to much trouble. The shards(Shard of Power and Shard of Great Power) might take a few runs, but certainly easy to get.

I'm currently using a +4 thundering greataxe of bloodletting. All my stat points have been put into strength. I have read +2str, +1dex. and +2con tomes. I've taken any 'critical' feats i could find, but I still feel that I'm not doing enough damage, yet. Any and all tips are welcomed, but please keep in mind that I'm very new to this game. Reading some of these build posts is like trying to read Swahili to me, so leyman's terms where possible, please.
I don't know about everybody else, but I have a backpack full of weapons, and I don't rely on just one even as a mainstay. So, I'd look to expand what you have (yes, I noticed the Vorpal Falcion you mentioned later in the thread), and start gearing up more weapons. On average, you'll be using two specialty weapons per quest.

You'll read about quite a few people using an eSOS as their main weapon. That requires a fair amount of farming, which is a level you're not at yet. So start branching out with your weapons choices.

Cannith Crafting is something you might want to look into. You'll definately want to craft a Greensteel weapon (Shroud in the Vale). However, until you hoit about lvl 40 in crafting, your main source of weapons is going to be lootgen and the Auction House.

    Again, Auction House.

A Greensteel MinII (Mineral) weapons gives you a Stoneskin clicky, which will be your go-to buff at the start of any quest. As a fighter, Damage Reduction is your best friend. As a fighter, get used to clickies and potions in general as your CHR score generall sucks, you have very little in the way of UMD (and that will be the case all the way to lvl 25), so unless you intend to stitch a wizzy to your buttocks, clickies are going to be your fall-back for most of your buffs.

By the way, the thing about crits: there are two mdes of fighting in this game. The first is killing the monsters that lead up to the boss fight, and the boss fight itself. Yes, the bosses are crit-resistant. However, the mobs (for the most part) aren't, and there are generally more mobs to face than bosses. So yeah, getting decent crits is something you want to shoot for.

In many boss fights gone bad, the one factor that constitutes a failure in a third of the cases (in my estimation) has been getting rid of "trash mobs" before or during the boss fight. They can sometimes do just as much damage as the boss itself, so - depending on the quest - you want to be able to clear them out as fast as you can. Taking PrEs, feats, and whatnot that enhance your crit damage dealing aids in the task immensely.

Other equipment that you'll want is:

    1) Anything that offers blur or displacement (clickies or permanent abilities).
    2) Anything that boosts AC and/or PRR.
    3) Anything that does ghostly. In fact with a blur and ghostly item equipped, you get two rolls to avoid being hit.
    4) Anything with a dodge bonus.
    5) Anything with Heavy fortification and exceptional fortification (if you can get it).
    6) At your current level, anything that does +6 to STR and CON.
    7) A decent False Life item.
    8) A Seeker item.
    9) Anything that improves healimg Amplification (I believe these are kinda rare).
    10) Anything that gives you Damage Reduction.

Believe it or not, items like Titan's Grip, Ioun Stones, and the Fabricator's set from House C. are relatively easy to farm and acquire. You are rapidly approaching the levels where you can get some of this stuff. Heavy fort and a Toughness feat can be gotten from a Minos Legens by collection Tapestry pieces in Orchard (which are FAR easier to get these days than they were before). You can get a cloak that gives you ghostly and dodge by doing the Marbar festival (hook up with a semi-decent wizzy, you'll have all the motes you need in a very short period of time). Blur / Diaplacement can be gotten from Greensteel items, and there are no shortages of False Life items out there.

AC, PRR, an DR are a little tricker to acquire as they tend to be linked together. The best overall way of boosting these are going for the Cavalry Plate in Crystal Cove / Smugglers Rest (which just ended). I say this for one reason: you can get two suits of this stuff. The first is for pre-epic questing; it's decent. For epic quests, if is passable, but far and above any non-epic stuff you'll get as loot or crafted.
Antipan, Pandargon, Pandolin, Panifin, Panmorgan, Pangrael, and all other things "pan-ed"...
