    Default DDO Market Point codes not working

    As the ingame turbine point purchasing wasn't working for me, I purchased some points through the DDO market and received a code.
    Following the instructions on the "Maintenance Complete" post, I logged into myaccount.turbine.com and attempted to redeem them through the product key section.
    Unfortunately, all that happens when I hit submit is that the page refreshes and the code I just entered has gone, there are no instructions to follow despite what the forum post says.
    This is a little frustrating after the rather lengthy maintenance, especially as its now all supposed to be working.

    I've never entered a point code that way, are you sure you are trying to enter the code in the right area? It sounds like you are trying to input it in the field for adding a new game license code, like the MotU expansion. As I said, I haven't actually done this myself, but I wouldn't think you would put point codes into product registration fields.

    EDIT: just saw Tolero's post, I guess you are trying to enter it where they told you. Still seems weird to me though.

    Indeed it is, but I've also tried entering into the ingame store point redemption and that just comes back invalid code.
    I've copy / pasted, I've entered it manually in upper case and lower case, I've checked, double checked and blah blah blah, the directed manner of entering the codes simply is not working, at least for me.

    If you are still not able to redeem your Turbine Points code, please use the information in my signature to contact the Account Management team. Have the code either in the email or available when you call. They will be happy to assist you.
