someone told me they changing claw set to artifct bonus, so does that mean if you have epic claw set the vigor of battle buff no longer matters? or would it stack becuase its diffrent values?

Darguun Hobgoblin Warrior can give you Dhakaani Vigor (+4 stacking saves vs. fear, +2 competence bonus damage to your physical attacks).
This competence bonus to damage does not stack with other competence bonuses to damage, such as those on Bold Trinket, Wind Howler Bracers (Marksmanship), and others.
This competence bonus to damage will PROBABLY not stack with the new U17 goggles that grants competence bonus to damage

The artifact bonus to damage is a different type of bonus that should stack with competence bonus.
