Class/Race unlock exploit?

I logged in for the first time in a couple months last night and found that classes/races I didn't unlock with Turbine Points, or a subscription were available. I skimmed some of the forum and asked in game and get no impression this is an intended change.

As much as I'd like to have stuff I didn't pay for or earn unlocked, I'm not that shady. If this is unintended, please look into the cause.

The servers were down for 3ish days due to a problem with the accounting/authentication system. Odds are something glitched on you (or on you and others) as a result of this.
