Issues connecting to servers

When i launch the game it will connect just fine allow me to put in my password and take me to the available worlds screen, and this is where i run into troubles it doesn't show the servers as up or down just sits there with a white diamond beside the name of each world it will stay like this for anywhere from 5 to up to 15 min before it displays the servers as up and i can connect, sometimes it take longer and i just have to restart the launcher until it works i use windows 7, downloaded the game from the ddo website, and am playing a laptop. any help would be great.
