    Default PRR or AC?

OK just looking at some of the new u17 gear and trying to plan out what I want for my lvl 25 pure fighter so I pose a question to you, is PRR more important or is ac? I am farming ED's atm and I am planing to twist in Sense Weakness(Tier 4 FoTW), Brace for Impact(Tier 1 US) and my last choice is either Shield Prowess( Tier 1 US) for more AC bonus or Legendary Shield Mastery(Tier 2) for more PRR. Any suggestion?

I like my fighter in US for both, but if you have to choose PRR wins out imo. PRR is damage reduction. It applies in all fights. AC is avoidance, but the toughest mobs also have the highest to hit. If I have to choose, I pick always on versus sometimes on.

Definitely get Legendary shield mastery, it gives 7% doublestrike.

    This.

You will get hit, no matter how high your AC is and depending on the difficulty you prefer, some mobs hit very hard.

There is no specific answer to this question. AC and PRR are equally important to survivability. The more important question to ask is: What is more useful to further increase at this time? Would you get more of a survivability increase from raising your AC or your PRR? Since they both have diminishing returns, the exact value of raising AC compared to PRR is very situational.

...and the values involved - I won't take +4 ac over +2% PRR. I've never done the math, but if it's between those kind of numbers, PRR wins.

If we're talking 1% PRR vs _n_ AC AND the _n_ makes a noticeable difference in % chance to defend; I might opt for AC.
