Character not getting XP

Hello, I was sent to the forums by in game support to report a bug. I reported the bug, but did not hear back and now everything is down for everyone for a bit it seems. I appreciate the updates on the downtime, but I still can't see the bug I submitted before all this started. My character Esqueleto on Khyber is no longer getting XP. In my bug report I noted that I ran a quest, Stromvauld's Mine, and the quest gave me over 5k XP according to the quest end notcie, but my characters XP total did not change. I then re-tested it to verify by completing the gem optional that gave me 13XP, still no change to may character total. I am banking a level, but not yet capped on XP.

I believe the issue started the night before while doing slayers. I thought I didn't see a change in my XP total when I hit a slayer XP point but I was tired so figured I missed it or something. Maybe this massive game thing that's going on now will resolve it, but it is certainly disheartening to play and get no XP to level with and not hear anything back on my issue. If the updates are supposed to come via my e-mail on file I can check that again. Won't be able to test anything until after things come back online, but it would be nice to not be lost in the chaos... So far it is only one character, but one is certainly enough Any help would be welcome!

Hi, except of an eMail that you may get, which acknowledge the bug report went into the system, there is actually no track for bug reports. They may get back to you one day, if they confirm an issue.

Depending when it happened it may be:
* some kind of lag
* it was short before the servers went down, so data was not updated anymore to the backend
* despite you assumptions you actually are capped for this level while banking (verify character sheet)
