I was very excited to see if this build could actually work and iv spent the last couple of months of my playing time gathering gear to see if i could make this build work but with only a 34 point build to work with it raises concerns into stat points aswell as the gear layout i have is a bit iffy, the layout as im thinking of it now is as follows:

Head: unknown
Neck: SP, Haste necklace
Armor: Comyr red
Cloak: Adamantine wolf cloak
Boots: Cannith Jet propulsion
Hands: PDK gloves
Bracers: unknown
Goggles: HP, dex skills, perma blur

Weapons: hopeing to use an ESOS, or cleaver and AGA
forever an SOS shard short as always :P but anyway my problem is what to put in the Helm slot either mask of comedy or Helm of frost: or if people recommend a gear reshuffle.This is http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=392008 build thats inspired me id like to get some help with gear arrangment and progressing to lvl.
