Pet Stats?

I was messing around with Pack Aptitude, Animal Growth and other various buffs to give my pet. Then I started wondering... how are pet abilities (STR, DEX ect.) determined? Are they a fixed number at each level making every druid pet's "basic" stats identical? Or are they random? Or something else? I couldn't find any info on this on the wiki or even Google.

I think druid and arti pets have a fixed stat progression by level, yes...so every L20 wolf is the same, naked with no feats or boosts
