Can't Purchase Tomes in DDO Store

As the topic, I can't purchase any tomes in DDO store. However, I have fulfilled all the requirements to buy some. Please tell me what to do to get one.
Since this is limited time offer, I need the answer ASAP.
PS: I have lv 20 characters, I have enough TP, I have never taken any +4 tomes before, I can purchase packs and slots and races in DDO store.

Click on "show unavailable" and you should see them.

I have clicked that but the 'quick buy' and 'buy' icons are gray.
It says:" this item can not be purchased." but I don't know why.

Have you tried a different character? The tomes are BTA and you can move them to whatever character needs it. You have to meet the minimum level of the tome and if you're trying to buy a supreme, that character cannot have consumed even a single one of the type you're trying to buy.

Also make sure you're logged on to a character and not trying from the login screen.

Yeah I wanted two sets so I bought one on a character.

It then greyed out the selection and would not let me get another so i switched characters and it allow it.

It seems to block you as if the tomes had already been consumed even though I had not yet nom-nom'ed.

Switch toons.
