Default Overwhelming Critical + Superior Heartseeker

If you have Legendary Dreadnaught Headman's Chop and Devastating Critical, as well as Overwhelming Critical, using a greataxe your crits will be x6.

With this setup, using a greataxe with Superior Heartseeker, what will the bonus damage from Heartseeker be on a crit? 13d8 (base x3), 13d10 (max listed in description), or will it scale up to 13d14?

I am relatively certain (say 92%ish) that the on-crit damage effects of weapons are fixed at the base critical numbers of that weapon. It should be unaffected by any character abilities that add to critical damage or multipliers.

Now, if you have an ability that extends the crit range of a weapon, that should have the effect of giving you additional proc(s).

Works like other multiplier effects (bursts) it is linked to the base weapon critical.

Same case as a frenzied barb swinging a pick with its base x4 , frenzie moves it up to x6 at the top but the burst stays at x4 level.
Move along , Nothing to see here
