Basically the title I think they should work in a big pile of holy clubs around the silver flame guy (Colam Mersein) in Delera's since very few people actually keep it usually tossing it down immediately...also maybe change the dialog slightly top reflect him being upset that no one wants his gifts.

I would rather see it as a rare instead of handed out like candy!
Then make it craftable and have slots.
Maybe even make it Epic-able.

Why not, you ask? Well, because I think the Club of the Silver Flame should be edible! It looks like a turkey leg, and players should be able to eat it and gain some hp.
