Default Phones closed February 8th and 9th due to blizzard

    Hey all,

As some of you may know (and be preparing for), the Northeastern United States is about to be hit by a major blizzard. The Turbine offices, located just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, are likely going to be hit particularly hard. To ensure the safety of all of the employees here at Turbine the office will be closed on Friday February 8th and Saturday February 9th. Account Support will not be available via phone on these days. Account Support and Paid Services will still be processing tickets submitted through the support website. Players will also be able to call in and leave voicemails with Account Support.

I am sorry for the inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding as we hunker down for this storm. If you are also in the path of the storm, please stay safe, and take some extra time to enjoy DDO!

    All the Best,
    Carpe Noctem

I am in Southern Ontario and we are expecting a foot and a half of that wonderful white stuff! Enjoy the couple of days off!

Yeah I seen on the news that Boston was going to get like 30" or something unreal like that? That's nuts! Here in the middle of the mitten we're at ~8" so far and it's still coming down hard.

    Good luck and stay safe!

May the Fire of Red Dragons Prevent the Snow.

We hold you in our prayers so that you stay warm and that the snow turns to Rain instead.

Hope everyone there rides out the storm in safety and relative comfort.

Just stay safe...if anything weird happens in-game or with our accounts we'll save the pitchforks and torches for when you come back.

I live less than 30 minutes south of Turbine. 24-30 inches predicted currently. Its Friday Morning & I'm at work. It is lightly snowing. Good luck to everyone and be safe!

What about the servers themselves, are they in danger of flooding/building collapse/power outage?

Power outage seems like it would be the most likely culprit, if anything.

I guess we'll find out soon, so fingers crossed.

Everyone stay safe! I'd rather not be able to play if the worst happens than have somebody freeze to death trying to satisfy a hobby. Drink some cocoa and relax.

Turbine have live people you can call in and talk too?

I kid - stay safe and warm.

Looks like the Easter Seaboard just turned into Korthos Island or that Reavers refuge wilderness
