So I have been wanting to make a fvs for a while now but I can never get any good ones, so I thought id post this and see what I can do to make it better in terms of feats enhancements and all that.

Gear suggestions would also be highly appreciated

Depending on how you want to go as a favored soul - melee or evoker(from LoB i see you want melee) there are multiple builds.

For melee fvs, you're picking up a lot of metas and nothing to boost your dps. Adamantine body imo is a wasteful feat. Grab power attack instead. Also, instead of doing 20 favored soul do 18/Favored Soul 2/Fighter and grab cleave and greater cleave for better thf dps.

If you want evoker, I suggest 18/Favored Soul 2/Monk or 18/Favored Soul 1/Artificer 1/Ranger

You want to keep cha at 14 and con at 18 but switch the str points over to wisdom for spell DC.

In 18/2 you get evasion which doesn't hurt vs 18/1/1 where you get +1 UMD and sprint boost(also not bad) along with trap skills and use of other scrolls and wands.

Equip is normally same will link Melee/Evoker in gear:

Necklace: Draconic Necklace/ Epic Torc
Trinket: Power Crystal(+3 excep str)/ Unsuppressed Vibrant Purple Ioun Stone
Cloak: Adamantine Cloak of the Bear, Drow Piwafi/ Epic Envenomed Cloak
Belt: Colethenis's Belt/ Amara's Belt
Ring 1: Ring of the Ravager/ Amara's Band

would I lose dps if I went pure? cause doesn't the capstone enhancement give you more dr (that was the reason I took adamantine body too)

Well some say that DR does not matter on Epic Elite thats why most go for more feats which gives you more dps options.
I say DR is ok and can make you really overpowered in Epic Hard but for Epic Elite damage is more worth then a few points DR.
Dont get me wrong DR is nice to have in EE but killing the mobs a bit faster usually saves you more hp then the DR.

As I've said, Adamantine isn't really a worthy feat. 10/Adamantine DR is good but it doesn't add to your dps.

The 2 fighter gets you cleave(+1[W]) damage and great cleave(+2[W]) damage and power attack transfers 5 attack bonus to equal damage. So say you have wf PA II, that's +7 damage. Pure FvS will get you no other bonus other than the capstone for LoB and DR, but the fighter split is much higher DPS if that's what you're going for.

Or drop adamantine body (for cleave)
1 fighter level (haste boost, great cleave, stunning blow enh)
1 barbarian level (barb PA, +10% stacking run speed, sprint boost clicky)

So these feats would work:
PA
Toughness
Maximise
Quicken
Imp.crit:slash
Cleave
Great cleave
Stunning blow
Empower healing

Also, you could save on build points by lowering CHA as you only need 19 to cast 9th level spells.

19 -2 (tome listed) -2 (enhancements) -2 (ship buff) -6 (basic item) = starting CHA of 7!
(Just modify with what else you have available)

But that is 8 extra build points, so max STR & 2 points into INT to up UMD and Balance?
