While that would be fun if it was so, I think Feather of the sun simply got drunk one night and forgot how to input text into the description box, so he put the descript into effects description area instead. (Joking, but it could explain the blank description box)

    That would be great.

Any news on the Planar Conflux placeholder trinkets when completing the flagging chain?

If getting to 30 sp when you're out is important to you, and I can't believe there is any effective playstyle in epic content where it would be, you can just twist in Endless Faith. At 100 damage a swing you're looking at something like 40k+ damage taken in order to get the SP of 1 major mnemonic potion.

    The boots are garbage.

You can't reach 27 to 30 SP if you're a Paladin, Ranger or Bard

Was looking forward to the 2sp as a discount on self heals, doesn't work out quite as well now.

I was thinking the same thing about the free Divine Sacrifice. Since it's a 5% chance now, I expect it to rarely go off for me, since I rarely rolled a 20 when Vorpal weapons reigned and those other low chance effects on weapons and guards seem to never go off for me even when I'm meleeing everything or being pummeled.

If the intent is to reward risk, I'd bump that to 12.5%. (averages out to 1.875 SP/hit, so still a bit less on average than the original, but there is the top-end consideration). 5% just doesn't feel worth putting my rear on the line for.

That sword is still very lackluster. A bit more base damage doesn't suddenly make this weapon desireable, what lack of creativity.

Am I the only one who actually thought the lore on the sword was a nice touch? The sword actually doesn't seem too bad based on the barrage calculations. I don't want to dictate what twists/EDs ppl have, but with just a blackscale most bosses will have a fort of 60%, so 70% isn't too far off from there.

I look it like this; these are ML 25 items. Most other items we've pulled thus far (like esos or even citw loot) are ML20-23. This item shouldn't be worse in DPS output - given that we have to either run EE to pull the upgraded thing or material to upgrade to the end tier.

I find it hard to justify using this instead of something that is marginally better or slightly worse. And honestly, even with marginal adjustments it could be just right. Like an orange and a purple slot. So people can add a few more 1d10 dps augments, maybe some DR breaking or maybe a future named augment that adds a proc. Just something that makes it slightly sharper then what we already find but not by making it so much better then anything else.

And that's true with a lot of the loot. Like for my Arti I don't see anything I'd need. For my FvS maybe the guantlets but I don't think so and the cloak. For my Sorc the cloak. Nothing for my melee, since I don't feel like replacing my planar with the trinket.

Most of the stuff I look forward to seems to drop in the quests and TOR. And I'm not sure if that's ideal for what should be this entire packs crown jewel.

You mean changes? Good Luck +3/dodge 4/heavy fort/yellow slot is good enough I don't think it needed any.

One other thing I saw linked a bit. Not sure where it is from.

    'Draconic Soul Gem'
    Yellow augment
    ML 25
Resist Fire 30 AND Resist Cold 30 AND Resist Elec 30 AND Resist Acid 30. (No sonic).

As someone that tends to zerg, I really like this. Saving time buffing (whether with ship buffs, buffing from SP or buffing from wands) is as good as saving time through killing bosses faster with higher DPS. And it persists through death which is a huge benefit.

It's also a yellow slot, so not a precious blue or red slot.

    I don't have a zerging problem.

    I'm zerging. That's YOUR problem.

No I didn't mean changes, I just mean the stats. I haven't seen the stats posted at all yet on the forums or on the Wiki. Thanks.

Possible alternative use for the results of trap the soul and/or the explorer gems that let you into SoS?

It's probably from the EE raid loot tables.
