DDO was working this morning and now it crashes on me. I have changed no programs or hardware.

It starts as usual, goes through the update menu and then logs me into the world/server... at this point the screen goes black (mostly, as if maximized but not full screen). It then waits a second and the whole program stops and I am back at my desktop.

I have searched for this type of crash but failed to find what I needed, so here is the post.

I want to stress to everyone that I changed NOTHING and it was working this morning.

Things I have tried in order to fix it:
Turned off the computer and then restarted it.
Checked my video settings
Tried turning off auto-log on for the world/server choice

Any help would be appreciated.
