There is a lot of synergy between 2 rogue splash, Evasion, Insightful Reflexes feat, and trap skills relying on Intelligence. However, you do give up the capstone and 2 wizard levels to do this.
Hold is extremely overrated. It used to give auto-crit, which tripled a good melee's DPS. It now only gives 1.5x. You might as well use SLA Web, which is enormously more efficient than Mass Hold.

If you want Evasion, this is the build I would recommend for you:
WF 18 wiz / 2 rog (1 rog, 7 wiz, 1 rog, rest wiz)
12 Str, 18 Con, 18 Int, 10 Wis

(note: take Spell Mastery Conjuration to start, then switch at level 12)
SLA Web
It's tough sledding up to level 8, where you get Ice Storm and Wall of Fire. Then Maximize and Evasion at level 9, SLA Web and your level 5 DoTs at level 11, and it's all over. Note that this doesn't mean you can't cast Enchantments, sprinkle them in as you feel like. With gear you can get every trap, you self-heal, you have excellent direct damage, CC, and instant kills.
