Lvl 50 Guild for sale

I have a level 50 guild that I'm looking to get rid of. It has the lvl 50 airship (Windspyre Falcon) and 550 astral shards deposited towards the purchase of the 55 airship, which is over 1/2 of the 1000 shards needed to purchase the 55 airship. It also has 500k plat deposited towards the lvl 80 airship. The name of the guild is Soulless Gingers, however that can be changed through turbine for a $10 fee. The guild is just myself and one other person, and we're planning to remove all our toons from the guild and join w/ another guild. The guild level might drop to 49, however I am working on getting renown to counteract that, so it will depend on when the guild is sold, either way it'll still have the lvl 50 airship.

What I'm looking for:
TP codes, mainly to compensate for some of the points we've put into the guild
Rare items (Royal Guard Masks, Planar Girds, things like that)
EE Items from High Road

If all the renown is from 2 characters, and both characters leave guild, even under favorable terms, I'd think you'd drop more than a level.

Some of the renown is from characters that were deleted or have already been removed. Currently, if we both leave under favorable terms it'd take a hit of about 200k, and we're currently about 50k into lvl 50. So as of this moment it'd drop to 150k from lvl 50, which is more than 1/2 way through lvl 49. Although, as I already stated, I'm working on getting more renown to counteract the renown loss.
