just want to mention that tempest spine loot will be updated in u17 and stuff should drop more often. perhaps that cloak gains a slot or two.. (but it won't be unbound anymore)

Nods, appreciate the note. After an unbound one to avoid farm time, but not willing to go too crazy over it exactly because the new one should have aug slots. I'd rather take the quick route to save playtime, but in the end the character is better off with aug slots, so its one of those whichever happens first/easier kind of things. Cheers.
