Favored Soul Wand and Scroll Mastery

Hello all,

Now that I'm learning a bit more about the game, I want to plan out my FvS better. he is currently level 13 and I have +4 tomes waiting for me for when I get to 15. This first time around I think I will TR him once I hit 20 because I want of goals I have now.

Anyways, I just don't find myself using scrolls and wands too much yet. I'm I the only one? I see just about every build uses Wand and Scrolls Mastery, but at this time I don't see much to the point.

Advice/opinions?

I take the first rank because it has a huge bonus and costs very little.

Anything beyond that is just impractical to take with all of the other APs I consider higher priority.

It's nice if you have to break out the heal scrolls, but that happens to me so seldomly that I could never justify going above the first rank.

Depends on what sort of healer you are. I like to use CCW wands & Heal scrolls to save SPs; but I usually play bards who are short on SPs to begin with. For a FvS, that's much less of an issue.
