Default Some advice for SD levels 20-25?

    Hi there,

I was wondering if I could get some advice on where to go with my newly capped (well 20 anyway) 3rd life Stalwart build. I don't really have a lot of experience in epic destiny twists etc, and while I guess that I will be ending up in unyielding sentinel, what twists are commonly put with that?

Also, can anyone tell me if an enervation guard hp item would be a good thing to aim for? I have a pure wiz PM as well, and I have seen a great deal of talk about that on the caster forums, but I can see how that could be very usefull for a melee character getting hit a lot as well? I currently have a relatively free slot for belt, as I have swapped out Knosts belt for spare hand, as I have the false life on my plate, and am considering building one for there, any thoughts?

    Thanks for your help!

Kinda depends on what you are going for.

For pure tanking, saves and brace for impact(+ fort) are good twists.

More of a dps role, you can go with the extra damage on helpless mobs/crit multipliers/etc

You could twist in tactics boosters, extra action points or even stat upgrades to get evens.

It would help to know what you are trying to achieve.

You probably want to look at DDD.

You will want to level Unyielding Sentinel for Legendary Shield Mastery as a twist, but the destiny itself is really only good for pure tanking and not a lot of pure tanking is necessary anymore.

Instead, you will want to be in Legendary Dreadnought most of the time for DPS.

You do want a HP greensteel item, but you will want to look carefully at other gear choices before deciding what slot to make it in, since it costs 2M-3M pp of larges to make a t3 GS. As far as what type of item, make sure you have blur/displace first (Smoke), but if you have that covered on other items, you can consider heavy fort, radiance guard, or enervation guard. Enervation is really only useful in EE though, which you probably aren't up to at this point.

    Hi All,

Thanks for the feedback, and sorry I should have put some more details in there.

It has been a slow progression to cap, started ages ago, but he was intended to be a high ac, high intim, good dps toon, a human dragonmarked 20 fighter, with epic fang etc. I have Epic antique for general running around/dps mode and I have epic brawns, Stalwart set etc farmed from previous lives. I only have Light and darkness atm as shield, as I havent done any alchemical crafting as of yet, but I have a standing ac of 100 with no buffs.

I hope that helps, and thanks again for the feedback
