Cosmetic Hats

I'm not sure if it is difficult to code these hats to behave this way but it would be great if all the cosmetic helms would function like the ninja mask and a few others, where they don't replace your helm but give you their small bonuses and skin over the actual helm one is wearing.

It would be great if things like the Secretive Hood and the Party Hats functioned this way.

it was said that there will be a Cosmetic Stuff Overhaul,
so hope we get better functionality.

Devil horns would be cool. So would a lich crown that's tall and distorted like how the Necro wilderness area is. And maybe a werewolf mask for the Druids.
