Crash going into Wilderness Areas

I, for some reason, always crash/DC when I go into a wilderness area (like Red Fens/Orchard) etc. but I'm good whenever i go into a quest. why is that?

I have the same issue in some wilderness area's. Three Barrel Cove is the most common, everytime i enter that area via the Harbor or House D?..i think is the travel guy?..as soon as i appear in the bar in three barrel cove i ctd..when i re enter game my char is in the bar and good to go....its not a huge issue but when im in a party and we go there...its really annoying.
