DDO won't open

Hi.. HELP! I can't get DDO to launch fully at all! I type in my password... it starts to launch.. goes to the last world visited (and yes i have tried others) then goes away. I have Windows 7 and this worked fine until a few days ago. I have:

Ran virus scan
Ran malaware scan
Ran windows updates
Deleted and reinstalled the program 2ce
Tried in safe mode
Updated all drivers

Nothing has helped! I have tried the regular and the Lamania versions and both do the same. I am having no issues with my computer otherwise and have no idea what else to do.. anyone have any suggestions?

Edit: I have also shut down all background programs possible... still nothing
