I hear that, Im thinking of TRing my Half Orc Fighter to an Elf to use it. Can you believe I bought it off the auction house... 2mill plat but still lol its like winning the DDO Lootgen Lottery twice!

Top prefix/suffix weapons drop in level 27+ chests, sort of like +4 tomes. Very low drop rate in level 27, going up with higher chest level (unlike tomes, which afaik are fixed % as long as you meet the minimum chest level).

A Thousand Suns weapon is something like 100x rarer than a +4 tome, though. You are only like 6%/6% to get a +7 prefix/suffix when you get a top-tier weapon, and out of that Thousand Suns is like 2% of possible suffixes.
