Honestly, I would have bought it before U17 hit lamannia. Now I want black dragon armor for my evasion DPS toon, so I'd not pay nearly as much for EE Whisperchain. I'd argue the value of most named and random loot gen armors from U14-U16 have dropped at this point, except for one that specifically fit a build. I'd pay 3 reds for it. Maybe 800-1 mill pp. But that's about it. Honestly, EH or EN is fine until i'm done farming Black Scales. No reason to overpay for the EE versions unless you plan on wearing it for a while.
