Warforged Artificers don't need healing amplification gear. With Ring of Master Artifice and full Reconstruct enhancements, 45 mana nets you 435 healing. If you're really concerned with mass cures during raids, then take the Healer's Friend III line. That combined with the ship buff and one Paladin past life is 92% positive healing amplification. More than enough when supplemented with your Reconstruct.
Instead of wasting the glove slot on 30% Healing Amp, use Nether Grasps. They're amazing.
