Are the Flower-based Ki blast attacks boosted by spell power?

If so what type?

By the way, has anyone made a list of the ED abilities that are affected by Spell Power, and which type?

No, the GMoF abilities aren't effected by spellpower.

I can't provide a comprehensive list, but mostly the abilities that are effected are the ones you'd expect to be effected. Other than boulder toss, which is boosted by impulse spell power (and crit chance).
