Large Cookie Jar not working? Is there a trick?

Just bought a large cookie jar with my hard earned Turbine Points because cookies were filling up my inventory space. Open it up and hit the "gather" button. Lo and behold, nothing happens. Not one single cookie goes into the jar. I try to drag and drop cookies into the jar, nothing. I hit the auto gather checkbox, still nothing.

Is my cookie jar broken or am I just missing something here? I assume it works like a typical ingredients bag would work. It does look different and does have placeholders for each cookie icon with a 0/250 by each icon. That's a little different than a typical bag. But why can't I get it to work.

I need to put these cookies away. I have submitted a ticket in game but there has been no response.

Any help please?

Are your cookies locked in your inventory? You have to unlock things before they can go in a bag/jar.
