    Does quivering palm use fighter tact like Stuffing Fist?

    Quivering Palm is a touch attack that kills with a failed Fortitude save based on the Monk's WIS. It's like the Rogue's Assassinate, but it uses ki, and takes the Monk out of stealth, if they were in Sneak mode.

    Stunning Fist is akin to Stunning Blow, but unlike Blow, Stunning Fist has a shorter cooldown, is ki powered, and its success is also based on a WIS DC check.
