Watermarks for Saves in EH/EE

I'm interested in which Fortitute/Reflex/Will save numbers you'd feel comfortable with when running EH or EE content with an Arcane Caster who has only a limited array of CC and Instakills (as the spell pen is currently lacking).

To give it some perspective: The toon I'm asking this question for is a 18 Wiz/2 Rog Warforged Evocation/Conjuration AM who's using Web as primary option for CC.

For hard, no problem, I'll run with anything. But for EE, that CC is often the difference between a wipe and a fail, or an amazing amount of mana pots used if I'm running my healer because the mobs aren't being effectively controlled. If there wasn't a second caster in there with really solid cc, I would probably pass on the group for ee because my experience with groups without solid cc for most of the ee stuff has been really really bad. Even when in a group mostly of my ee addicted guildmates who are awesome players.

The other day we were doing the third chain of motu elite, four guildies and two puggers. The caster was a sorc who had zero cc other than web and instakills, which wasn't working well on the mobs in there, and despite having not one but two favored souls in the group and three really solid hitters, it took a LOT of mana pots to get through it. The difference between the quest chain with and without cc was astounding.

If you're asking what Web DC you should have, then I can tell you that 50 DC is really the minimum you want to take into the newest EE content. Even in Solid Fog, that will probably work only 50% of the time on mobs with any kind of a Reflex save. For almost everything else a 45 DC Web alone should suffice.

No, I'm asking which kind of saves (Fortitude, Reflex, Will) you like to have on your toon if you only have only Web as a measure of CC.

But I appreciate the remark which web DC I should aim for.

Depending on what gear I'm wearing, I have high 30s-40 Fort save, mid-high 40s Reflex and high 20s-30 Will on my rogue. I don't generally have trouble with Epic Hard - I might fail the occasional will save, but there are ways to mitigate some of those effects (FOM, remove fear clickies, protection from evil, etc.), and I usually make the recurring save so it's not really an issue.

In contrast, the few times I've gone into EE quests I've generally gotten crunched whenever I had to make a non-reflex save, and I failed reflex a lot too.
