Nono seriously. I calculated that The Sirrush should do that much DPS that is close to my DDD build fighter on a stunned mob: so if my calculations are correct, i already kill mobs fast enough on fighter so i should do it that fast even without stunning blow on such barbarian, with the difference it will do much more aoe damage. That's why i gone for all DPS brute force build.
I know stunning blow is almost like an instant-kill (when DPS is high of course eheh) but is it really needed on a barbarian? Just wondering.
Anyway considering the good feedback, i'll have a deep review of the build when i can. Thanks all.

I'd say yes. A barb will be better with stunning blow than without. Better group play, better self sufficiency, better damage. (and more tactics to charge blitz )but is it really needed on a barbarian?
For me, it's the main point of going human over horc, fitting in Stunning Blow with all the other feats you want on a pure barb.
ME BARB, ME SMA-ok I stand here with pretty blue lines around me. ok I take damage. ok bye.
Since we got a lot of feedback, i tried to figure out a functional Gearlist that sacrifices some HPs, some damage (exactely -6.15 points of damage from the gearlist of The Sirrush and looses exceptional sneak attack as well) but that achieves much better overall saves, slightly better melee-wise defense and fits some good tactics amount. To me it looks like quite balanced and probably working as well:Backup of the old gearlist:Head: Supreme Greensteel Tyrant Helm of Smoke / Supreme Tyrant Greensteel Helm of Radiance (switch in when you got blur or diplacement on) / Element Absorption 33% Helm of Enchantment Resistance (+6) x2 / Fortifying (25%) Helm of Something
Necklace: Epic Grims Bracelet [+2 Goodluck]
Goggles: Wise (+6) Goggles of Resistance (+5) (better with Large Guild Augment Slot)
Trinket: Planar focus of Prowess (+3 Strength) / Melee Alacrity (10%) Trinket of Enchantment Resistance (+6) / Pale Lavender or Scarabs of Spell Absorption
Armor: Epic Red Dragonhide Armor [Heavy Fortification / +1 Exceptional Constitution]
Cloak: Adamantine Cloak of the Bear
Bracers: Greater Convalescent Bracers of Superior Parrying
Belt: Knost's Belt
Ring[1]: Seal of House Dun'Ro Bar (+7 Constitution, +10 Stunning Blow)
Ring[2]: Encrusted Ring (+6 Strength, +1 Exceptional Strength, +20% Healing Amplification)
Boots: Treads of Falling Shadow {Epic Elite}
Gloves: Netherese Grasps {Epic Elite}
Main Hand: Cleaver (fully upgraded) / Epic Antique Greataxe (for bosses with DR) / Epic Whirlwind (for some crowd control but much less DPS)Head: Purple Dragon Knight Helm
Necklace: Supreme Tyrant Greensteel Necklace of Smoke {for HPs} / Fortifying (25%) Neckalce of Something / Element Absorption 33% Necklace of Enchantment Resistance (+6)
Goggles: Wise (+6) Goggles of Goodluck (+2) / Tharne Goggles
Trinket: Planar focus of Prowess (+3 Insight Strength) / Pale Lavender or Scarabs of Spell Absorption
Armor: Epic Red Dragonscale Armor [+2 Max. Dex. bonus slotted / +6 Dexterity] / Cormyrian Red Dragonscale Armor

I know evasion is tempting, especially now that the build has some decent reflex saves... it is possible to splash two levels into rogue but that means even less DPS (loss of 2 points of strength from capstone, 10% glancing blow damage and another 2 points of strength and constitution from mighty rage). You know if i want to play a barbarian is usually because that's a death machine, lowering too much the DPS potential in favor of the survivability for sure brings more solidity to the build but overdoing it means that probably you would like to play another class afterall .
I'll leave it as an option. The build given the light armor can as well have evasion.
