    Default Looking for advice

Im am thinking about making Dwarf Cleric/Fighter, taking 2 lvls of fighter for weapon proficiency and some extra hit points. I have the starting stats and they are as follows:
    Str 16
    Dex 10
    Con 16
    Int 8
    Wis 16
    Cha 10
Any help modifying the stats for better end game is appreciated as well as help with deciding feats and when I should take the fighter levels, I was thinking lvl 7 and 14 so I can get the cleric prestige then take a fighter level. Thank you for your help.

I'm inferring you want to make some sort of battle cleric, but exactly what do you want to focus on?

I wanna take the character into more of a melee toon using dwarven axes, but have the casting to self heal and buff fairly well, as well as be a decent enough healer for a raid group

I posted a S&B-based dwarven BC here a couple weeks ago. WIS-based, caster-focused, but with the Shield Mastery feats to boost its survivability & melee DPS. For a more typical BC build using greataxes, I would drop the SM feats for Power Atk & IC:Slash.

Unless you're really sold on dwarven axe & shield, there are better choices for a battle cleric.

    2HF Half Orc 2 fighter 18 cleric
2 monk handwraps 18 cleric beater
    2 druid 18 cleric S&B wolf
2 paladin 18 cleric (less DPS, but massive saves)

Human or Half Elf is usually a better racial choice. I'd even Half Orc is on part with Dwarf.

IMHO, as long as you're a good healer, it doesn't really matter what else your cleric can do; you'll find some way to be useful. Minmaxing is fine if you enjoy that sort of thing, but I prefer to help people find builds which suit their playstyle, rather than tell them they have to play a certain way because it's what's considered optimal, particularly for epics. Not that my own biases don't creep into my build suggestions; I prefer caster-focused clerics these days, but it's not like a melee-focused one is a bad option.

What dwarves have going for them: higher CON & HPs, higher saves vs spells, +4 Balance, d.axes count as martial weapons, racial bonuses to axe dmg
What I wish dwarven clerics had going for them: Dwarven Defender PrE (c'mon, Enhancement overhaul, where are you?!), Shield Mastery enhs changed to add more PRR and/or doublestrike rather than extra blocking DR, Dwarven Faith enhs add to Spell Pen as well as SPs (like Elven Arcanum does for elven wizards)

Really the only bad thing about dwarven clerics is -2 CHA, which costs them 1 TU per rest and makes it harder for them to add Divine Might. Going S&B (w/Shield Mastery feats) is more about survivability than DPS, although the doublestrike bonuses from SM do help with DPS.
