I bought some omnispell dust from ddo store and they can't be traded or mailed or auctioned even though they are unbound. Is this bug?

Is your account free to play? If so you are not able to trade DDOstore bought items, they changed that around the time they gave each new account 250 free tp for a while.

Tell you what really is not good. I had some of the dust I bought when it first came out was BtA. Got a nice drop of 1k dust unbound. Thought that was good.. Put it in my shared bank it joined the BtA dust now all of it is BtA. I was not happy about that at all. Not sure if it is WAI or not.
