LD Haste Boost

So, just got one small question, when the LD haste boost says you can't take it if you have the class enhancement haste boost, does it refer to having the enhancement taken or just having a class that could take the enhancement.

Basically what I'm asking is, does splashing a lvl of rogue prevent me from taking the LD haste boost?

My 18 FvS/2 Fighter has haste boost from LD (I didn't take it from enhancements, but it's available).

No

You can even have both at once, if you set enhancements after spending destiny points, but its useless, as they both share cooldown and number of uses.

I like the destiny use because it free's up some action points to be spent elsewhere. Course then theirs also the very real choice of having it because your on a class that wouldn't get it. Which is just awesome. The skill that made the barb a maniac god lol.

On my bard/ftr I would love 30% haste boost from ED, but I can't afford it, adn must stick to 20% from class.
How did you manage to save points in ED tree?
