To my knowledge pit fiends have racial true seeing, and with that knowledge comes knowing that blur does not help you against some one with true seeing. So did they change something or did I get in a pug with another less than bright person?

While we are on the subject of Blur. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do NOT blur anyone with a blue bar without asking first. I use my Torc to regen SP and save on pots. Blur prevents SP regen. I only equip it when needed. But, when I need it, I REALLY need it.
That is all. Thank you for your attention.
