DDO on steam

I was trying to install a fresh client on my PC, and a friend of mine suggested to install through steam, but on steam webpage said it isn't available to my country.

This friend already instaled from there, so I'd like to know if my country Brazil was take off from the list of steam download, or is all DDO take off, or is just some kind of bug. Can anyone help me with this doubt?

I am in the UK and can access that page just fine so it might be that your country does not allow it or it could be DDO that does not allow it. I have heard that the Steam version does have issues though I don't know for certain, I would advise you to download the game directly from Turbine instead of through Steam which can be accessed via the following link:
