I think we were the only group. Not sure.

Everyone I've heard of that went into EE without first learning it on EH made a critical mistake (letting the Truthful One raise the undead dragons) and seems to have wiped there.

Yes we made it to that point and wiped.

EDIT: One thing i haven't understood is if those spike damage in the first part of the raid are really traps or the breath of the dragon... because we got shotted sometimes from some strange lightning damage (-800 hp) and something else.

Was it the "thunderstruck" proc? Lightning and sonic. I got hit by this several times. It didn't kill me but i had roughly 1200 hp. Also, it never hit me while i had a elemental vulnerablility debuff.

    There's a couple of things.

One, there's the dragon breaths. First hit ~400 (Ref half, reasonable DC), second hit ~800, impossible DC (technically not the DC but the debuff that makes it impossible).

Secondly the Confusion dragon seems to have a mechanic where he goes a bit crazy when he is unable to move toward his target (I believe it's an anti 'box him in' mechanism). We suspected that he lets off a deadly electrical discharge and also summons air elementals.

Thirdly we suspected but could not prove that the Stormreaver getting hit was sometimes triggering an electrical discharge. On our EH run we had a lot of deaths to this, on EE we fought away from the Reaver and didn't have this issue.

Edit: I asked people to parse their combat logs while on raise lockout timers to look for things that might have killed them, that's where this info comes from.

I know i had EDemonscale armor and trinket with 33% absorption on and i died by somet lightning damage. I had 1100 before dying the first time and i didn't understand why, i got down to -800 somehow in something like an instant (didn't check whole combat log but there was a huge lightning damage spike).

I saw the Stormreaver piking as well like Elminster... It would explains everything . Anyway thanks for the good info Sirgog.

Oh I died plenty of times despite awesome healing. Just not to the effect I was talking about. It sounds like you had the stacking debuff. The truthful one seems to hit you with multiple element debuffs at the same time, and follows it closely with elemental attacks. The other dragons do something similar.

It's possible that there may be dragon specific componets to their breath attacks. For the dragon of confusion combat log stated a debuff that doubled your spell cooldowns, it was accompanied by a rather hilarious fluff description.

Yeah I heard you describe that in voice but it was too hectic to pay much attention.

Actually this one has to be attributed to someone else. I might have mentioned it in party chat but later another person quoted the full description over voice.

Ah, since i'm editing this post anyway. It seemed like the cloud giant (Confusion again?) was the only one that was actively self healing with what looked like an aoe (mass) heal centered on himself. It's hard to say how hard it was hitting, but i was able to roughly match it (tempest 2 with dual celestias with prowess set) and outpace it with damage or haste boost. With another melee we were able to consistently chip away his hp.

I also had an on screen effect as well most like hypno spheres when you walk inside them.
