As far as I am aware, the only one of these named augments currently known is the Globe of True Imperial blood.
I am hoping (& strongly suggest) one of these named augments be a red crystal that adds +120 <elemental>* Spell Power and associated Superior <elemental> Lore, or +80 Universal Spellpower and Greater Arcane Lore, chosen at random when the item is generated (similar to the variable item versions in the MotU chain).
*Note that I am using 'elemental' to refer to one of Acid, Cold, Electric, Fire, Force, Light, Negative, Positive, Repair, or Sonic, not specifically the five energy types.
I'd like to see lore added to augments.
Radiance Lore is so hard to get a hold of.
More flexibility with this is a good thing.
