If you go Fatesinger (or other arcane ED) you'll have +5 caster lvls, so eventually Haste will last 2m06s.

I can't crunch the DPS math myself, but my hunch is +20% offhand from GTWF is worth more than OC; more so if you go for Shadowdancer ED, since the more offhand procs the more sneak atks you'll make. So if you drop anything, it should be CL/GC/OC, IMHO; beef up your metamagics instead.

GTWF will grant you more DPS than Overwhelming Critical. Even if we only look at base damage...
    1.6 * 27 = 43.2
    1.8 * 25 = 45
Throw in +20% more magical effects and sneak attack, and it's a done deal.

If you have the room for the rapier damage enhancements, you may as well go rapier. I don't think khopesh makes sense for this build.

Not really sure how you made the math for values 27 with OC and 25 without...

I did some math myself with the following assumptions:
both weapons are +6 and 1d6 base dmg
50 STR = +20dmg for main weapon, +10 dmg for offhand
    20 seeker = 10 regular, 4 exceptional, 6 ED
1 is allways miss, crit on rolls 15-20 (allways confirmed)

the raw physical avergae damage per swing (i dont know if they are rounded up/down or whatever so didn't round it):
    - 98,82 for OC and 60% offhand
    - 101,375 for 80% offhand

The above calculation doesn't include +1[W] on cleave and +2[W] on greater cleave (usual spammage) nor any additional magical damage from weapon.

Dmg/swing is close - but like you said - i have to consider magical dmg and/or sneak attacks also as well as the cleaves spammage

My primary destiny will be Legendary Dreadnot with twists from Fury of the Wild mainly... I have been away for 2 months so i have not yet checked what good there is in Primal Avatar - but i think it's safe to say that LD will remain my destiny of choice

With only 2 rogue levels my sneak attack dmg isn't significant - even with +3 from tier 1 enhancement and items (if get to use any)

    1 miss + (2-14) 13 hits + (15-20) 6 crits at 2x damage = 25. OC gives +1 on 19 and 20, so 25 + 2 = 27.

For single targets Cleaves are net loss to use for TWFers, because you don't get any offhands. Whether this is important to you relative to multiple target DPS, I can't say.
