Celestia gains a lot less from a green slot than most of them gain from a red slot. Celestia already breaks DR. If you're the type that wants to grind to the ends of the earth then have at it, but if the idea of that much more grind is bothering you, then it's totally fine when talking about Celestia. Red slots would be great for the others for metal or good dr breaking. A lot more attractive for the grind.

For me, I think this is passed my limit. 3 for set bonus+5 for enhancement+7 for extra mod+10 for slot+1 for augment makes 26. I get 1 every 3 or 4 runs mostly on hard, and some normal. At least 78 runs to fill one weapon out. 78+ runs PER WEAPON, PER CHARACTER. Then there's the new equipment and the other ml24 augment slots I'll probably want, and that too is per character. Hell NO.

As overwhelming in a good way as all this new loot and "new" epic content is, it's just as overwhelming in a bad way with all the grind the extra commendations wanted brings.

So maybe - use your tier 2 Celestia and don't bother with the tier 4 one? There's no reason you need the tier 4 one.

If it would be possible, I would farm web 24/7 to get enough envelopes (even 50) if there would be possibility to turn my celestia into a dwarven axe.

So maybe - use your tier 2 Celestia and don't bother with the tier 4 one? There's no reason you need the tier 4 one.

Let's sum it up. Come U17 you'll be using heroic commendations for:
- upgrades for CitW loot - up to 25 per item;
- upgrades for Fall of Truth (FoT) loot - up to 12 per item;
- cormyrian and GH epic dragonscale armors - 3 per item;
- level 24 augments at the trader - 1 per item.

Please remember that heroic commendations have gained significantly more uses since their introduction. While the supply was indeed increased, for an average player (not the "i'm roflstomping ee web" kind) it's still nowhere near enough to cover upcoming "expenses".

I honestly hope that heroic comms will be added to other epic raids, perhaps at lowered drop %. Otherwise, i'll likely wait for the next Best Thing.
