In the new eGH the flawless scale armors and some of the new augments(seems to be the ml24 7/2ins stat augments from what I gather. Probably more than those) require Heroic Commendations, such as those seen in Caught in the Web chests. What I am wondering is where will Heroic Commendations drop? Only in Caught in the Web? Are you introducing them to Tor? Reaver's Fate?
